Triad has been a key partner in Allbirds' global expansion, delivering new stores across China, Japan, South Korea, and the US.

Triad made several hundreds of these chairs, both domestically and imported, in various colors (red, orange, and blue) and clear-coated natural wood. These unique chairs are distributed domestically and internationally.

Materials & Processes: The structure is made of plywood layers bonded with glue. Each chair comprises 7 to 10 sections of bonded plywood machined on a 5-axis CNC mill. The machined sections are then bonded with adhesive to form a full chair shape, which is hand-shaped in the final assembly stage. The finish is a translucent stain that shows the beauty of the solid plywood structure.
