Exploring “Connected Worlds” through people-first design

From April 7–13, the design world converged in Milan for the 2025 edition of Salone del Mobile and Fuorisalone. This year’s theme, “Mondi Connessi” (Connected Worlds), explored the increasingly fluid relationship between the physical and digital, nature and technology, tradition and innovation. Triad’s design team was on the ground to take it all in—immersing ourselves in the future of design thinking, materials, and experiences.

The show placed bold emphasis on sustainability, inclusivity, and urban mobility—pressing issues that align directly with Triad’s commitment to a thoughtful, people-centered design approach. From experimental installations to lighting innovations to advanced materials, the event showcased how design can drive positive change when it puts the human experience first.

This year also reinforced a growing call for collaboration and innovation, something we live every day at Triad. We return inspired, energized, and ready to turn these global insights into impactful solutions.
